Please continue to CALL BEFORE YOU SEE US!
 
We are still living and working in a pandemic, so please continue to utilize our alternative contactless options available such as: Night Deposit, ATM, Online Banking, our Mobile App, Telephone, Text and Email rather than coming into the branch. 
 
If you must enter the branch, please continue to CALLL US FIRST to ensure we are ready for you and can provide you with the best possible service with minimal contact and minimal wait times.
 
If entering any of our branches we ask that you, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:
 
  • If you are not feeling well, have a fever or have recently travelled, please do not come to the branch, call us instead and we will be more than happy to assist you.
  • Our branches will have capacity limits in accordance with our provincial guidelines, to ensure minimal wait times, and minimal contact .CALL US FIRST and we will find a solution that works best for you.

May 21st Update:
Since the Provincial Government’s Re-Open Saskatchewan plan was released, many of you are probably wondering, when will Crossroads’ doors will physically be opened to the public?

Crossroads is fortunate that we have been able to continue service to our members, during these uncertain times, just in a different way. 

We hope you are not waiting for our doors to be unlocked to fulfill your banking needs.  WE ARE STILL HERE TO SERVE YOU and are working with our members on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that works for their situation. 

Our top priority has not changed – the health and safety of our members and employees remains our number one priority.  We will be reviewing and reconsidering options during Phase 3 of the Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan; however, our in-branch services will look a bit different than you are used to, it will not be business as usual, physical distancing, hand sanitation, and maximum capacity guidelines will need to be followed. 

We are still living and working in a pandemic situation so we will still be encouraging our members to utilize the night deposit, ATM, electronic banking, and phone options available rather than coming into the branch.  We will provide you with more information as we know more.

April 16th Update:
Although our branches are closed to the public due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are still here and ready to serve you, just in a different way!

Please take note of some temporary changes to our regular branch hours.

At our Canora, Preeceville and Wadena branches beginning Monday, April 20th staff will be available to take your calls Monday through Friday 9a.m. to 4p.m.   In addition, beginning Saturday, April 25th, staff will also be available to answer your calls and process your essential banking transactions on Saturday’s from 10a.m. -4p.m. during these unprecedented times.

Sturgis branch hours will temporarily change beginning, Monday, April 20th staff will be available to answer your calls Monday through Friday 9a.m. – 4p.m. No staff will be available at the branch on Saturday; however, if you have an essential banking transaction you need completed on Saturday, you can call 1-877-535-1299 and someone will be available to answer your call.

Due to staff availability at all our branches, there MAY NOT be cash services available at times. 

Please, call us and we will find a solution that works best for you and your situation.

March 20th Update:
 
Service Delivery Change – EFFECTIVE FRIDAY, March 20th at 5pm.
 
Crossroads Credit Union recognizes the growing concern around the COVID-19 virus and the unease that many of our members, staff and communities are facing.  Our number one priority is keeping everyone safe, while still maintaining our service to you.
 
In the face of this worldwide pandemic, we have made the decision to change the way we are serving our members temporarily.  EFFECTIVE FRIDAY, MARCH 20TH (TODAY) AT 5PM, Crossroads Credit Union will be temporarily suspending ALL IN-BRANCH SERVICES.
 
We understand your concerns at this uncertain time, and we want you to know that we will continue to provide access to necessary banking services.  Although our doors will not be open to the public, we have staff available to answer your calls and process your transactions during our regular business hours.
 
We are asking that you use online banking, our mobile app, and our ATM’s to preform your day to day transactions such as cheque deposits, paying your bills, and account inquiries. 
 
Actions that we are implementing during this time of crisis include:
 
  • Using our night deposits where applicable to drop off cheques and bill payments for processing (our staff will be processing these transactions throughout the day).
  • Waiving service charges for telephone transactions.
  • Working with our personal, farm and business members on a case-by-case basis to help our members manage through this challenging time.
  • Reaching out to our community organizations, business and consumer members to reduce the impacts of this temporary change in service.
  • Phone interviews for your investment, lending and other advisory service needs.

March 17th Update:
To our valued members, we at Crossroads, value our employees, our members and our communities.   With response to the COVID-19 (Corona Virus)  arising in Saskatchewan, we have implemented our pandemic plan.  Some of the proactive safety measures we are implementing include, rigorous cleaning routines of common work areas, isolating staff for 14 days that have travelled, and regular sanitizing.  We are strongly encouraging you to do your part to help keep our employees safe, as well. 

What You Can Do To Help Us:
Keep your branch visits to a minimum by utilizing the following transaction services, when possible:
  • Direct deposit
  • Pay your bills online – through our Mobile App or MemberDirect®
  • Deposit Anywhere (take a picture of your cheque through the Crossroads App to deposit it directly to your account)
  • DING FREE ATM’s for deposit and cash withdrawals
  • INTERAC E-transfer®
  • Debit card

For helping us out during this uncertain time, we will be waiving our regular fees for telephone transaction requests.

STOP – if you have recently travelled outside of the country OR province OR are experiencing fever, cough or difficulty breathing, we are asking that you don’t visit us in person, please call or text your local branch or use our electronic services to complete your transactions.
  
In fact, the experts (linked below) are recommending handwashing, avoiding touching our faces and social distancing to contain the spread of the virus, so if possible, please do use our electronic services or give us a call where possible.
 
If you are not already banking with us online, we want to remind you of the online services that give you the ability to do your banking from home. 
 
  1. MemberDirect® (online baking) – allows you to access your account online. You can check your balances, transfer funds, deposit cheques, pay bills etc. Click, call or text your local branch for more information. 
  2. Our Mobile App – Search “Crossroads Credit Union” in the apple or google play stores to install. This allows you to view your accounts, pay bills, set up payments deposit cheques etc.  Click, call or text  your local branch for more information. 
  3. Deposit Anywhere – You don’t have to come into the branch to deposit your cheque, you can use your smartphone to deposit it instantly. Call or text your local branch for more information. 
  4. INTERAC E-Transfer® - Transfer money to anyone with an email address or cellphone.  Click, call or text your local branch for more information.
