Some of the key responsibility areas are to act as a leader to the Member Solutions Team by providing day-to-day direction and motivation, coach and mentor effective performance management process including the review of individual and team performance on a regular basis as well as ensuring procedures and compliance related business practices are met.
 
This position will be located primarily in Canora.  Our successful candidate may also have the benefit of working in our other branches (Sturgis, Preeceville or Wadena) as the business needs of our staff arise.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with:

Experience:  1 - 3 years in a similar leadership role with a background in developing efficient business practices and procedures.

Skills:  Ability to have constructive interpersonal relationships with sensitivity to the satisfaction needs    of the TEAM and individuals.
