Rob Bilokraly
Supervisor of Lending Services

Rob has been with Crossroads Credit Union for fifteen years. Helping to make dreams come true is important to Rob, "I love working with people and the daily interaction I have with our members. Whether it’s starting their own business, expanding their farm operation, buying or building their dream home or taking that once in a lifetime vacation, knowing that I was able to help them achieve this goal of theirs brings me great satisfaction." Currently working towards his FCUIC (Fellow of the Credit Union Institute of Canada) and ACUIC (Associate of the Credit Union Institute of Canada) designations, Rob still finds time to volunteer in the community and tackle home renovation projects.

Barb Leason

Barb has been a Lending Services Officer at Crossroads Credit Union since 1995.  She says the best thing about working at Crossroads Credit Union is our philosophy and our values.  “We know our members, we care about our members, and we want to help our members.”   When she isn’t helping current and new members with significant life events such as a first car or new home, she can be found somewhere on one of the area lakes.  And if you are fortunate enough to sit down with her at the branch, she just may let slip the whereabouts of her favourite fishing hole.

Kevin Ebert

Kevin has been in the credit union system for 27 year, spending the majority of his career as a lender working with Agricultural, Commercial and Consumer members.  Kevin loves smaller communities and the rural way of life, “I believe the credit union plays a large role in helping to foster and maintain this way of life. I hope in some small way the lending I do helps to keep these towns, farms and businesses viable for the next generation”. Kevin enjoys meeting with members and helping them attain their goals. Weather it is to buy a house, expand a business, buy first car, plan for retirement or just because. It gives me a high when I can help people do these things. Kevin, in his spare time likes many of the Saskatchewan past times including; fishing, golfing, boating, hunting, quading and going to watch the Roughriders whenever he can.  He also loves to coach ball and hockey, and spends time at his cabin with my family and extended family.
