Barb Leason

Barb has been a Lending Services Officer at Crossroads Credit Union since 1995.  She says the best thing about working at Crossroads Credit Union is our philosophy and our values.  “We know our members, we care about our members, and we want to help our members.”   When she isn’t helping current and new members with significant life events such as a first car or new home, she can be found somewhere on one of the area lakes.  And if you are fortunate enough to sit down with her at the branch, she just may let slip the whereabouts of her favourite fishing hole.

Sharon Gurski

Sharon began her tenure at Crossroads Credit Union as a Member Service Representative in 1999. Being able to work close to her home and community was important, and helping members with their wants and needs is another of the things she loves about working in Crossroads Country.  With 15 years in the financial services industry and a habit of working out after a long day at the branch, Sharon is always ready to put her experience to work doing what she does best, “making people’s dreams come true by providing them with funding to purchase a home or special item”.
