Branch Visits & Guidelines
We continue to encourage our members to utilize our remote banking options available such as: night deposit, ATM, online banking, our mobile app, telephone, text or email rather than visiting the branches if possible, so we can better serve you safely.
If entering one of our branches we ask that you follow these guidelines:
- If you are feeling unwell, or are experiencing ANY symptoms of COVID-19, we respectfully ask that you call us instead and we will be more than happy to assist you.
- Effective September 17th, masks are mandatory for all indoor public spaces. When visiting any of our Crossroads branches, please wear a mask.
- Please continue to use the hand sanitizer provided at the front door before proceeding.
- Please maintain a 6ft distance between yourself and others, please follow the floor decals.
