Amanda

Business Relationship Advisor

Amanda joined the Crossroads TEAM in 2019 but has been in the Credit Union system for over 10 years in various positions mainly in the lending department. Amanda grew up on a mixed grain and cattle farm near Sturgis, which is where her passion for agriculture and small-town living started and continues to grow. She is happy to now be raising her family in Crossroads Country.

Aspen

Lending & Small Business Relationship Advisor

Aspen has been a part of the Crossroads TEAM for over 5 years with previous credit union experience. Aspen has lived in the Preeceville area her whole life and is excited to continue to build relationships with our members.

Jordan

Lending & Small Business Relationship Advisor

In January 2023, the lending department at Crossroads was fortunate to welcome Jordan, as a Loans Processor with a background in the insurance industry. As the calendar flipped to 2024, Jordan embraced the opportunity to evolve her career and stepped into the role of a Lending & Small Business Relationship Advisor. This new chapter has allowed her to deepen her connection with our communities, guiding members as they navigate their financial journey’s.

Jordan loves the simple pleasures of life in a small town. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoys the outdoors.

Kevin

Business Relationship Advisor

Kevin has been in the credit union system for over 27 years, spending the majority of his career as a lender working with Agricultural, Commercial and Consumer members. Kevin loves smaller communities and the rural way of life.

“I believe the credit union plays a large role in helping to foster and maintain this way of life. I hope in some small way the lending I do helps to keep these towns, farms and businesses viable for the next generation. Whether it is to buy a house, expand a business, buy a first car, plan for retirement or just because, it gives me satisfaction when I can help people achieve these goals."

Nicole

Business Relationship Advisor

Nicole joined Crossroads in 2013 as a Member Service Representative. In 2017, Nicole changed directions and joined our Lending TEAM.

Agriculture has always been near and dear to Nicole’s heart. Having grown up on a cattle farm in a local community she appreciates the small-town atmosphere and is happy to raise her children here.

Shayna

Lending & Small Business Relationship Advisor

Shayna joined the Crossroads Crew in July of 2023. She comes to us with a background in Agribusiness and lives in the beautiful community of Wadena.

Shayna enjoys hanging out at the farm, gardening, and visiting with family and friends.

Barb

Business Relationship Advisor

Barb has been in the Credit Union system for over 30 years. She has spent the last 26 years moving through various positions within the lending department.
