From October 12–18, we’re celebrating the power of co-operatives and the difference they make in the lives of Canadians—especially right here in our rural communities.
Co-op Week is a chance to reflect on what makes the co-operative model so special: businesses that are member-owned, member-led, and built to benefit the people they serve.
This year’s theme is “Co-operatives Build a Better World”—and we couldn’t agree more. At Crossroads, we’re proud to be part of a movement that puts people first and strengthens communities from the ground up.

International Credit Union Day® is coming up!
On October 16, we join credit unions around the world in celebrating the spirit of the global credit union movement.
It’s a day to reflect on our shared history, recognize the hard work of credit union teams, and celebrate the impact we’ve made together—with our members at the heart of it all.
Since 1948, ICU Day® has been marked on the third Thursday of October, and this year’s theme is “Co-operation for a Prosperous World.”

Credit Union Day Colouring Contest!
Elementary schools in Sturgis, Preeceville, Canora, Wadena and Invermay are once again participating in a Credit Union Day coloring contest. The contest ends October 6th. The randomly selected winner from each school will get to choose either $150 towards books for his/her class OR a classroom PIZZA PARTY!
