Download our Direct Deposit form. Next, complete the form (digitally – save as a PDF and print) and attach a void cheque. If you do not have a void cheque, please include your account number, financial institution number and branch transit number (scroll up the page to find your branches information) or you can Sign in to Digital Banking and download a VOID Cheque (under Accounts on online banking & under Activity on the mobile app).  Lastly, send the completed form to the payer.
