Meet the Virtual Branch TEAM

Amanda

Virtual Advisor

"I love providing friendly, knowledgeable service and advice to our members at their convenience through our Virtual Branch.

I began my career with Crossroads Credit Union in 2006 as a Member Service Representative serving Canora and surrounding area members. In March 2022, I took on the role of Virtual Advisor for our Virtual Branch. I work with an amazing team that really cares about each other and our members.

Canora has been my hometown for most of my life. I am married and have 2 young boys who are the light of my life. I am very family oriented and spend much time with my siblings, parents and in-laws. We keep busy by enjoying various activities, including camping, fishing, sledding to the hill, baseball, archery, game nights and many family and friend gatherings."

Brandee

Virtual Advisor

"I love working as a Virtual Advisor, helping our members with their everyday needs!

I have worked at Crossroads CU since September 2022, working in the Virtual Branch. Before joining Crossroads, I worked as an Early Childhood Educator for ten years. I am proud to call Canora home and enjoy spending time with my family in my free time."

Doreen

Virtual Branch Team Lead

"I support our Virtual Advisors to ensure they have the tools, resources, and skills they need to provide our members with superior member service through our Virtual Branch.

I have worked at Crossroads Credit Union since 1996, starting off as a Member Service Rep and then moving to the leadership role of Team Lead in our Preeceville Branch. In January of 2022, I had the remarkable experience of transitioning into the Team Lead of our Virtual Branch. It has been a highlight of my career to be involved in creating and implementing our Virtual Branch, offering financial services to members in a non-traditional way.

I live north of Preeceville on an acreage with my husband and two teenage sons. As a family, we enjoy all the popular outdoor activities in our neck of the woods – hunting, fishing, quadding, and snowmobiling are all at the top of our list!"

Natashia

Virtual Advisor

"Being a part of the Virtual Branch means I connect with members from all over the regions through various channels such as over the phone, email, text and chat. Building relationships with our members is my favorite part of the day. I get to provide friendly, knowledgeable advice in a way that is most convenient for our members. I love being able to solve problems, offer solutions and lend a listening ear.

I grew up on a farm North of Pelly and attended school there. Currently, I live in Canora with my boyfriend and our furry family. When I’m not at work, you can find me curled up with a good book, baking, trying my hand at gardening, and spending time with our pups adventuring or swimming at the lake."
