Amanda

Business Relationship Advisor

Amanda joined the Crossroads TEAM in 2019 but has been in the Credit Union system for over 10 years in various positions mainly in the lending department. Amanda grew up on a mixed grain and cattle farm near Sturgis, which is where her passion for agriculture and small-town living started and continues to grow. She is happy to now be raising her family in Crossroads Country.

Aspen

Lending & Small Business Relationship Advisor

Aspen rejoined Crossroads Credit Union in 2017 and has since contributed in several roles, beginning as a Member Experience Representative. Her dedication to learning and member support led her to pursue a long-time goal - joining the Lending team - which she achieved in 2021. Aspen is committed to ensuring her members not only understand their financial options but feel confident in the decisions they make.

Born and raised in the Preeceville area, Aspen brings a strong sense of community to her work. When she's not in the branch, you'll find her enjoying life on her acreage, spending time with family and friends, camping, fishing, and raising her family.

Jordan

Lending & Small Business Relationship Advisor

In January 2023, the lending department at Crossroads was fortunate to welcome Jordan. With a deep commitment in understanding each member’s unique story, Jordan takes pride in helping members achieve their financial goals. Before joining our TEAM, she gained valuable experience in the insurance industry.

Outside of work, Jordan loves the simple pleasures of life in a small town. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoys the outdoors.

Nicole

Business Relationship Advisor

Nicole joined Crossroads in 2013 as a Member Service Representative. In 2017, Nicole changed directions and joined our Lending TEAM.

Agriculture has always been near and dear to Nicole’s heart. Having grown up on a cattle farm in a local community she appreciates the small-town atmosphere and is happy to raise her children here.

Shayna

Shayna joined the Crossroads Crew in July of 2023. She comes to us with a background in Agribusiness and lives in the beautiful community of Wadena.
