Transfer your wealth: share, protect and leave a legacy.
Join us for Part THREE of the Wealth Evolution webinar series and discover the many ways to pass on what you have built.
Over the course of our Wealth Evolution series, we looked at how to protect your wealth in Part ONE and how to grow it in Part TWO. Now, in Part THREE, we turn to the question of transfer: how to share your wealth in life, at death and beyond.
We are pleased to welcome back Doug Carroll, resident tax expert at Aviso Wealth Inc. Doug previously ran an estate planning law practice, so he is ideally suited to guide you through the key documents, critical roles and common issues that arise in estate matters. Learn about:
• Lifetime gifts, loans and forgiveness
• Spousal rollovers, from gifts to guardianship of minors
• Wills and estate planning, your way
• Powers of attorney and preserving property
• Joint ownership between spouses and others
• Trust needs, reporting, tax and costs
• Insurance beneficiaries and estate bypass
• Probate planning proportionate to benefit
• The roles of executors, attorneys and trustees
