On December 3, we’re releasing a mandatory update to our Digital Banking App.
We previously communicated that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) would be added with this update. This feature would have changed how you verify your sign-in attempts. For now, your sign-in process is not changing, and no action is required. MFA is still coming soon—we’ll provide advance notice and more information before it becomes part of your online and mobile banking experience.
