Photo Ownership & Submission
- All submitted photographs become the property of Crossroads Credit Union.
- Submitted materials (including digital files, prints, or storage devices) will not be returned.
- Submitted photos must be free of watermarks, photographer logos, dates, borders, filters, or any added text or graphics.
- No black and white photos.
- Absolutely no AI or stock photos accepted.
Photo Requirements
- Photos must be taken in horizontal landscape orientation to fit the calendar layout.
- Only recent, high‑resolution, colour photographs taken within Saskatchewan will be accepted.
- Each entry may include up to four photos. A caption must be included with each photo submitted.
- Have more than four photos? Simply submit an additional entry form.
- We welcome photos from all four seasons across Saskatchewan — winter, spring, summer, and fall.
Prizes & Recognition
Grand Prize – $200: Awarded to the photo chosen for the calendar cover. The winning image will be featured on the cover and published throughout:
