Contest Rules

Photographs become the property of Crossroads Credit Union once they have been submitted. No photographs, prints or CDs, will be returned.

• Photos MUST BE TAKEN IN HORIZONTAL LANDSCAPE (phone/camera held sideways) in order to fit the layout of the calendar.
• Only recent, high resolution color photos taken in Saskatchewan will be accepted.
• Up to four photos can accompany each entry form, be sure to include a caption with each photo submitted.  If you have more than 4 photos to submit, simply fill out another submission form.
• A Grand Prize of $200 will be awarded to the “Cover Photo” chosen for the calendar, the photo will be published in our calendar which is distributed throughout Crossroads Country, as well as on our website and social media channels. In addition, the Grand Prize Winner will have the opportunity to choose a Non-Profit Organization that they would like Crossroads CU to make a $200 donation.
• All other winning photos will receive $50 as well as publicity via our website, social media channels and distribution of calendars throughout Crossroads Country.
  
• The contest is open to Crossroads Credit Union MEMBERS ONLY.

Deadline for entry is July 31, 2024.

By submitting your photo(s), you are hereby authorizing and consenting that Crossroads Credit Union shall have the absolute right to reproduce, crop, enhance, enlarge and publish the submitted photo(s) in their 2025 calendar or in other print and electronic media, publications and advertising materials at their complete discretion. By entering the contest, you hereby verify that you are the owner of the enclosed/attached photograph (s) entered in the 2025 Calendar Contest and agree to the above.
