Your security is important to us. Check out some services we have available to help keep you protected.

Protect yourself against account fraud with free alerts.

Alerts will notify you when important changes have been made to your online banking account information allowing you to stop account fraud before it happens.

With alerts you have the option to be notified when: 

  • Your internet banking account is logged into

  • A new bill payee is added or deleted to your vendors 

  • Your Personal Access Code is changed 

  • You are locked out of Online Banking after 3 incorrect responses to security questions 

  • An INTERAC e-Transfer New Recipient is added 

  • When your alerts are turned off

You can choose to have your alerts sent as a text message an email or both.

To set up your alerts in MemberDirect:

  • Log into your account, navigate to the right-hand side of the screen where it says Messages & Alerts

  • Select manage alerts and choose which alerts you would like notifications for and where you would like those alerts to be sent

This feature is also available through our Mobile App:

  • Log into the App

  • Swipe the screen over until you see alerts and set up and manage your alerts from there.

Lock’N’Block® is an anti-fraud feature that allows users to lock and unlock their credit union debit cards quickly and conveniently using MemberDirect online banking and our mobile app.

Members are able to take control and lock their card between uses for security, lock the card instantly before reporting it lost or stolen, and choose what types of transactions will be allowed on their card at all times.

Once logged in, members can:

  • Lock or unlock their debit card
  • Block international transactions
  • Block ATM withdrawals
  • Block POS purchases and refunds

To find Lock’N’Block® on your Crossroads app on Android and iOS:

  • Log into the mobile app > select Lock'N'Block® from the main screen

To find Lock’N’Block® on MemberDirect online banking:

  • Log into MemberDirect > Click Account Services > select Lock'N'Block®
